Dave McCall
Senior Partner

Dave grew up in Southwestern Ontario and earned a degree in Biology from Western University in 1996. After moving to Nova Scotia he worked with government agencies including Environment Canada and non-profit organizations like Clean Foundation.

In response to the rising popularity of home energy retrofit initiatives he became a Certified Energy Advisor (CEA) in January 2005. Since then he has performed over 5200 home energy assessments on single-family and multi-unit residential buildings (MURBs), trained and mentored 35 energy advisors, and performed quality assurance on over 800 energy assessments performed by advisors throughout Canada.

Dave and his family live in a renovated 1880’s farmhouse outside New Ross, Nova Scotia.

Peter Rogers
Senior Partner

Peter spent his formative years in Windsor, Nova Scotia, and is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a degree in urban planning. After graduation, Peter worked on sustainable transportation projects in Halifax Regional Municipality and throughout Nova Scotia, transitioning to sustainable energy programs in late 2010. Peter became certified with Natural Resources Canada to perform residential energy assessments in 2011. Since 2011 he has performed over 1500 home energy assessments. Peter resides near Berwick, Nova Scotia with his wife and children, where they enjoy life in the beautiful surroundings of the Annapolis Valley and Fundy shore.
